Mr David Kasingwire, the president of the Rotary Club of Kampala, said the initiative is aimed at enhancing health services. “The project envisages a fully-fledged modern hospital with outpatients department, administration block and private clinic, specialised clinics, operating theatre, female, male and children wards. The overall strategy will be to build the hospital in phases with the first phase being focused on outpatients unit,” said Mr Kasingwire during the ground breaking ceremony at the weekend.
